Requirements
• You are a builder who can design systems and execute them yourself • You are comfortable working in a lean setup without large teams or layers • You balance regulatory rigor with business speed and practicality • You have strong judgment and can make decisions in ambiguous environments • You communicate clearly and can work effectively with product, legal, and business teams • Experience in fintech or cross-border financial services • Exposure to digital assets, or alternative investments • Experience working with regulators in India, GIFT City, US, or UK • Familiarity with building tech-enabled compliance systems
