Requirements
• — 4-5+ years in ML or Data Science, with hands-on production experience in classical predictive models (e.g. credit scoring, fraud, risk, recommendations, pricing) • — Track record of shipping ML models end-to-end, from idea to production, in a real product environment and being able to show their business impact in numbers (conversion, approval rate, losses, revenue) • — Strong data science fundamentals • — Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation design • — Feature engineering on high-cardinality transactional data • — A driver mindset: you can walk into a greenfield space, figure out what to build, propose it, and own it through delivery • — Great communication skills and comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders • — Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, or risk • — Real-time / low-latency ML serving • — A master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
