Requirements
• MD or DO, eligible to practice medicine in the U.S. • ABR or AOBR board-certified radiologist • 5+ years post-training clinical experience in Interventional radiology • ACR CAQ in Interventional Radiology • Administrative experience at the practice or hospital level • Unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state and the ability to obtain additional state licenses • Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely. • The base salary for the position is between $650,000-$750,000 plus equity, productivity bonus and benefits. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary leader for the IR physician group, driving strategic recruitment, clinical mentorship, and team engagement to foster a culture of excellence as the practice scales nationally • Provide on-site procedural coverage requiring regular travel to support clinical operations and program growth • Own IR-specific quality standards, procedural protocols, and best practices across the practice • Act as the clinical subject-matter expert on IR services during prospective client meetings • Balance clinical and leadership responsibilities, dedicating sufficient time to the clinical practice and administrative/section leadership activities. With anticipated rapid program expansion, the remaining time will be allocated to on-site activities, including performing procedures, interacting with clinicians, medical leadership, and senior management
