Requirements

• Required Skills & Experience: • At least 7+ years enterprise sales experience. Complex sales and strategic accounts leadership is a plus. • Preferred candidates with prior Microsoft services and solutions sales experience. • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills are critical. • Proven track record of successful solution-oriented sales required. • Experience in negotiating, closing, and winning new business is necessary. • Ability to design and implement regional & industry-based market strategies for Atmosera’s offerings needed. • Skillset that includes identifying relationships with key corporate C-level and Senior Leadership representatives through prospecting, Microsoft Seller engagement, and programs is required. • Experience in developing and maintaining strong, trusted, and mutually beneficial relationships with the wider community of professionals needed. • Understanding business and technical requirements to sell effective solutions that drive value for clients necessary. • Ability to manage all phases of the sales cycle including lead identification, qualification, scope construction, proposal development, and client presentations required. • Experience in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with forecast accuracy through discovery calls is needed. • Driving awareness across Atmosera’s three service lines focusing on balanced business approach necessary for clients' Azure solutions preferred but not mandatory as experience can be gained post hire. • Holistic understanding of an account’s current technology platform and ability to shape plans towards cloud-based solutions required, with a focus on becoming the trusted cloud advisor needed in assigned portfolio accounts and regions. • Successful positioning around Atmosera's solution offerings focusing on Application Innovation, Advanced Data Services & AI, DevOps, Security & Cloud Architecture necessary for success as part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, close and win new business and existing customer extensions through excellent sales execution. • Design and implement regional & industry-based market strategies for Atmosera’s solution offerings. • Identify and develop relationships with key corporate C-level and Senior Leadership representatives through prospecting, Microsoft Seller engagement and Microsoft Programs. • Develop and maintain strong, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft Field Representation, and the wider Microsoft community. • Learn and understand business and technical requirements of clients to sell effective solutions that drive business value and a clear customer ROI. • Be the quarterback; Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead identification and qualification, scope construction, proposal development and client presentations. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy through discovery calls and joint meetings with Microsoft Sellers. • Drive client awareness across all three service lines focusing on a balanced business approach across the clients Azure solutions. • Holistically understand an account’s current technology platform to help shape plans for moving to cloud-based solutions, acting as a trusted cloud advisor for assigned portfolio of accounts and region. • Successfully position Atmosera's solutions around Application Innovation, Advanced Data Services and AI, DevOps, Security & Cloud Architecture with Microsoft Sellers.
