• At least 10 years of direct legal experience with or at data center providers, neo-clouds or hyperscalers on real estate and physical infrastructure transactions. • Experience negotiating complex leases or colocation agreements. Familiarity with single-tenant facilities and behind-the-meter power arrangements is particularly valuable. • Track record of leading sophisticated transactions across business and technical teams, managing interdependencies and moving deals forward with urgency. • Ability to negotiate technical terms involving compute infrastructure, hardware specifications, data center operations, equipment, power and utilities requirements. • Experience with transaction diligence, regulatory issues and dispute resolution, and the agility to learn adjacent practice areas. • Practical judgment and a hands-on approach as priorities evolve. • J.D. and active bar admission required. A mix of leading law firm and in-house experience is preferred. • The base salary range for the Managing Counsel position is $216,000 to $264,000 annually, plus bonus and substantial equity grant. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications. A Director title and corresponding compensation may be considered for candidates with more extensive experience.
