• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. • Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation. • Solid AWS expertise and experience with IaaS cloud environments. • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Terragrunt. • Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments. • Experience with incident management and root cause analysis. • Ability to work independently in regulated environments. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent English, spoken and written. • Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling. • Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, e.g., Salesforce. • Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
