Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage AI product-related projects through regular status meetings, communications, and monitoring. • Work with various business stakeholders to define and document scope, requirements, timelines, expectations, and potential risks. • Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and communication methods for AI product processes such as Go-to-market activities, roadmap coordination, and Product Enhancements. • Drive the creation of process-related documentation including training documents, knowledge articles, project plans etc., related to Gen AI projects. • Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, and larger project team regarding Gen AI products. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers in an effective and professional way using tools like inContact. • Provide guidance to Product teams preparing for new product introduction or end of life strategy migration related to Gen AI projects. • Identify process needs that support the effectiveness of a product rollout experience, assist with updates and delivery to business stakeholders regarding Gen AI products. • Assist in managing launch requirements by ensuring they are being met for new or updated Gen AI products. • Follow company Code of Ethics and policies at all times while working on projects related to Gen AI technology.
