Requirements

Responsibilities
• Feature Ownership & Development • Own features from initial ticket through deployment, ensuring all acceptance criteria are met • Build and maintain functionality related to payments, borrower workflows, and tenant configuration • Work across the full stack to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions • Database & API Management • Write and optimize complex SQL queries using PostgreSQL 16 • Build, maintain, and scale RESTful APIs within a multi-tenant SaaS architecture • Ensure strong data integrity, system reliability, and application performance • Cloud Infrastructure & Integrations • Utilize AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda to support platform infrastructure • Support third-party integrations such as Twilio and payment processing systems • Help maintain scalable and reliable cloud-based services • Agile Collaboration • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Contribute to code quality through Git-based pull request reviews and technical documentation • Collaborate closely with engineering team members in a fast-paced development environment • AI-Assisted Engineering • Incorporate AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor into daily development workflows • Leverage AI tools to improve development velocity while maintaining code quality and reliability
