Requirements
• Manage and oversee the entire Change Management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies. • Review, approve, or reject changes within specified SLA timelines based on quality and risk assessments. • Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings. • Conduct thorough impact assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for all proposed changes, aiming for post-change incident rates below 5%. • Develop, implement, and update Change Management policies and standards, driving at least one service improvement initiative quarterly. • Deliver detailed monthly Change Management trend analysis reports with actionable insights. • Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
