Requirements
• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS Product Management or similar product-focused roles • Experience shipping software products in close partnership with engineering teams • Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a growing and evolving environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority • Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities • Experience with AI-enabled products, machine learning platforms, or data-driven SaaS applications • Experience working with Agile or Scrum-based development teams • Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technical concepts • Experience in utility, infrastructure, industrial, or enterprise SaaS environments • Familiarity with product analytics, feature adoption metrics, and release management processes
Responsibilities
• Translate customer needs, business priorities, and leadership direction into actionable product requirements • Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release documentation • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with leadership and engineering • Coordinate feature development through planning, sprint execution, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation • Help drive clarity when requirements, priorities, or scope are ambiguous • Partner closely with the engineer, UI/UX design, customer support, and solutions engineering team • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming release reviews, and product discussions • Help ensure product releases align with intended customer workflows and business objectives • Collaborate with UI/UX design on feature workflows, user experience, and interaction patterns • Contribute to feature-level solution design, edge-case analysis, and usability improvements • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams and support tickets and product usage • Help improve product development processes, release coordination, and cross-functional collaboration • Support the development of scalable product management practices as the organization scales • Contribute to release readiness, launch checklists, QA coordination, and phase-gate processes
