Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support growth by researching opportunities, coordinating outreach, and helping execute and track growth initiatives • Keep operations running smoothly by managing day-to-day workflows, coordinating across teams, and solving problems as they come up • Keep the office organized, stocked, and welcoming by ordering supplies and snacks, restocking shared spaces, coordinating deliveries, and handling day-to-day office needs • Support recruiting by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and delivering a thoughtful candidate and onboarding experience • Provide executive and event support, including scheduling, reservations, and logistics for team events, offsites, and gatherings (venues, catering, and attendee communication) • Own projects from start to finish by turning broad goals into clear plans, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality work • Step in wherever needed to take on new priorities and close gaps across the business
