• 10+ years of experience with relational databases(Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) • 5+ years with MySQL or MariaDB • 5+ years of experience designing and building web applications • Strong track record of building, optimizing, and scaling databases based on feedback from customers and internal teams • Proven experience planning and executing large-scale schema migrations with minimal or zero downtime • Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing strategies, and database performance tuning best practices • Experience with change data capture (CDC) and ETL pipeline design and operations • Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact across multiple teams • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of successfully collaborating in a cross-functional team environment • Attention to detail and quality • Open to on-call rotation • Experience coding with Node.js, Golang, and PHP a plus • Experience with implementing and scaling NoSQL solutions a plus
