Responsibilities
• Platform & Architecture • Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations. • Define development standards & coding guidelines. • Support Instance Upgrades, define Exclusions, ATF. • Development & Configuration • Build workflows, Customization, Configurations, Integrations. • Develop custom applications, workflows using Flow Designer and workflow editor, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, script includes. • Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalogue items, and portals. • Build automations using Flow Designer, Connection and Credentials, scripted REST/SOAP APIs. • Proven track record building enterprise-level integrations. • Strong hand-on experience in java script. • Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations using: • REST/SOAP APIs • Integration Hub spokes • OAuth 2.0, SAML, Okta and Single Sign-On • Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Active Directory) • Manage releases, upgrades, deployments • Maintain documentation and compliance • Drive ITSM automation and process optimization • e.l.f.
