Responsibilities

• Review medical records, bills, and evidence for accuracy and completeness • Conduct verdict and settlement research to strengthen case valuation • Use Finch’s AI tools to accelerate drafting without sacrificing quality • Tailor each demand to the firm’s litigation strategy and style • Maintain a 0% error rate in final submissions • YOUR TEAM: LEGAL OPERATIONS • Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity. • YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU: • Have 5+ years in personal injury legal work, with experience drafting or reviewing demands • Are meticulous about details and accuracy • Understand how to present a case persuasively for maximum settlement value • Are comfortable working with technology to enhance workflows
