Requirements

• JD, LLB, or equivalent legal qualification, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 3+ years working directly in legal practice, legal knowledge management, or legal operations • Experience building executable software systems that work on legal data and improve legal workflows • Experience working with structured data and formats such as JSON, XML, and Markdown • Experience using agentic AI systems for legal and software development tasks • Experience with the evaluation of non-deterministic systems, including data curation and generation, grading, evaluation metrics and techniques • Experience building and improving agentic workflows for legal tasks • Knowledge of Computational Law techniques outside of machine learning • Familiarity with harness development and AI-assisted software development lifecycle practices • Full-stack software development experience

Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • The ability to speak law to technologists, and to speak technology to lawyers • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail
