Requirements
• · You have 2+ years’ experience in a technical product, platform, or integration-focused role (or technical consulting) • · A STEM degree, ideally from a top global university • · A track record of delivering and supporting scalable platform features, APIs, or integrations in a SaaS or enterprise environment • · Strong technical understanding of APIs, payloads, schemas, authentication, permissions, and access control models • · Experience working closely with engineering teams on system design, technical trade-offs, and feasibility assessments • · An ability to think through customer integration needs, commercial requirements, and operational constraints to deliver robust solutions • · Comfort supporting integration debugging, issue investigation, and technical problem-solving across teams • · A natural curiosity to explore systems, uncover root causes, and identify opportunities for platform improvement and innovation • · Commitment to continuous reflection and improvement of technical decisions, documentation, and platform quality • · Adaptability to learn and evolve quickly within a fast-paced scale-up environment • · A positive attitude, sense of humour, and collaborative mindset • Meeting with our Product Managers to have a quick discussion, hear about you, talk about our story and where we’re heading and dig a bit deeper into your CV • Complete a product case study and discuss it with members of our product & engineering teams • Meet with Head of Product
