Metabase - Success Engineer
Requirements
• Strong technical background with at least 3+ years of experience in writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases. • Expertise in designing and developing web applications. • Experience with Docker, AWS/GCP or similar infrastructure management tools is nice to have but not required. • Strong database and SQL skills are essential. • Knowledge of at least two languages (fluency preferred) as the team serves a global customer base.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Metabase dashboards to track business metrics for success engineers across various industries globally. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to understand their needs and integrate data into existing systems seamlessly. • Analyze performance data, identify trends or areas of improvement, and provide actionable insights based on Metabase reports for decision making at all levels. • Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and customizable to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders within organizations globally. • Regularly update data sources used in dashboards as per changes made by business units or due to new information availability. ✅
