Requirements

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage senior-level engineering candidates for critical/low-supply roles and manage your candidates in the first steps of their hiring process. • Set the standard for world-class outreach, candidate experience and key stakeholders’ collaboration (both within Talent Acquisition and the business teams you support). • Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels. • Leverage data effectively to prioritize efforts, monitor pipeline health and guide sourcing strategy. • Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where the best technical talent lives and how to reach it. • Present market insights, search progress and candidate recommendations with clarity and confidence, particularly in ambiguous or evolving searches. • Drive rigor in calibration: challenge assumptions, align early and advocate for sourcing approaches that optimize for long-term outcomes. • Focus on quality and alignment at the optimal volume to meet goals.
