Responsibilities
• Spinning out a Case Distribution Tool from Mindpeak into an independent startup. • Improving patient care by saving valuable time in diagnostic labs and enabling pathologists to focus on what matters most. • Building the business side of the venture as CEO co-founder, taking ownership with true co-founder equity. • Shaping product and technology based on market validation and early customers' feedback. • Developing a first sellable minimum viable product (MVP) within 6 months to secure initial funding for scaling the business in the next year.
