Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering • 3+ years of experience in people management • Technical leadership skills & experience • Great problem solving and proficiency in one of modern programing languages (we use Python) • Experience in designing complex, multilevel software systems • Fluent communication in English • What should you expect once you apply? • 30 minutes call with a Recruiter • 60 minutes Coding Interview • HM manager interview • Onsites - half a day of interviews & discussions at the office • We make the final decision after max. 2-3 days after on-site interview • Important: expect detailed feedback after completing the process regardless of our decision. • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
