Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Design, build, ship and maintain scalable features for North, our AI workspace platform. • Take end-to-end ownership of features — from initial design and planning, through implementation, testing, and delivery. • Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing. • Contribute across the stack—from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure—to develop new features, fix bugs, and optimise performance. • You may be a good fit if you: • Have experience managing engineering teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software. • Have built, shipped & maintained production-ready applications. • Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack. • Take a customer-focused, product-minded approach to building software, prioritising outcomes and impact. • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can stay focused as priorities and objectives evolve.
