Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales roles within enterprise SaaS or fintech organizations • 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales roles • Proven success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical integrations • Strong experience working with financial institutions, digital banking platforms, or regulated technology environments • Demonstrated ability to design and communicate technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences • Experience leading technical discovery sessions, solution architecture discussions, and product demonstrations • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architectures • Experience responding to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence processes • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior technical stakeholders and executive leadership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred • Willingness and ability to travel as needed • 🎁 What You Get • 🎁 What You Get • A fast-paced and collaborative environment
Responsibilities
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle to serve as the senior technical subject matter expert on Bankjoy’s digital banking platform and solutions • Lead complex technical discovery and solution design conversations with prospective financial institutions, including architecture, integrations, security, and operational workflows • Deliver compelling, executive-level product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s technical environment and strategic priorities • Design scalable solution architectures that align Bankjoy’s platform capabilities with prospective clients’ business and technical requirements • Build trusted technical relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and operations teams • Own the technical response process for RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and due diligence requests • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence roadmap priorities • Provide technical leadership during complex sales opportunities, including proof-of-concepts, integrations, and technical validation exercises • Support industry conferences, client meetings, and product presentations to strengthen Bankjoy’s market presence and pipeline development • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and production
