• Reporting to the Manager, Network Operations, the EV Site Operations Specialist will work in close collaboration with the Site Operations Team and Network Operations contractors. • 2–3 years of experience in commercial fleet operations, EV charging network operations, or a related technical field • Familiarity with standard processes, protocols, and systems required to execute network operations functions • Technical understanding of EVSE hardware and software with the ability to diagnose issues across integrated systems • Experience working within and contributing to customer support or network operations teams • Experience working within customer support or network operations teams in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with equipment and service vendor support teams • Strong professional communication skills with customers, partners, and vendors • We are building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
