Requirements
• 6+ years as a Solution engineer/Pre-Sales Engineering/Consulting role (or similar) in a SaaS environment • Business proficiency in Hebrew and English • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context • Great communication and customer-facing skills • Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and presentations • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience • Exceptional teamwork capabilities • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows and solve complex business problems. • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers • Advantage: Experience collaborating with partners to support and scale the technical sales cycle. • Advantage: Experience with software for CRM, ITSM, Whiteboard or Software development.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to our customers and prospective customers • Develop deep product expertise to act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical insight to solve complex business challenges during the sales process. • Lead technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that clearly showcase the platform’s value to both prospective and existing customers. • You will assist in crafting Sales Pitches with sales managers and providing value-add solutions for customers. • You will play a key role in our enterprise sales cycles by providing technical expertise for security discussions and helping our team deliver standout RFP responses.
