Responsibilities

• You understand our nonprofit users and the challenges they face accessing funding. • You’ve shipped meaningful improvements to Grant Finder. • You’ve helped define how Grant Finder fits into our wider nonprofit platform. • Research and testing are regularly shaping product decisions. • You’re a trusted voice on user needs, AI experiences, and product quality. • THIS ROLE IS A PERFECT MATCH FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE: • 5+ years of product design experience in fast-moving teams. • A strong portfolio showing complex problems made beautifully simple. • Excellent interaction, visual, and systems-design skills. • Experience designing AI-powered, data-rich, or workflow products. • Strong research, prototyping and testing skills. • Confidence working in Figma and with design systems. • A collaborative style and experience partnering with Product and Engineering. • Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping products from an early stage.
