Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Analytics Engineers, overseeing hiring, performance reviews, and career development. • Motivate the team, remove technical blockers, and track performance to ensure delivery accountability. • Collaborate with Business Leads to align data strategy with wider business objectives. • Stay hands-on in the data stack, guiding the team on complex dbt modeling and scalable architecture. • Shape data product decisions and establish coding standards to maintain high-quality, production-grade data assets. • Our Values & Culture 🌞 • Just Pilot: We never settle for “good enough”.
