Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, account development, or account executive • Ownership mindset • Data driven decision maker. You’re comfortable understanding engagement signals and applying them to your prospecting plan • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator • Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies is a plus • The base salary + variable pay for this role ranges from $15,620 - $226,600 + benefits. Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and research potential land opportunities within our PLG customer base and new logos. • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, networking events, and other channels to establish rapport and create sales opportunities. • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each prospect and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations on collaboration strategies. • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. • Pipeline Management: Manage and update prospect and client information in our system of record. Monitor the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and prioritize activities to achieve sales quotas.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
