Responsibilities
• You will have end-to-end ownership of our infrastructure and developer platform: • Define and implement our infrastructure architecture from scratch • Rebuild our CI/CD pipeline to better scale with a growing team • Own all infrastructure-as-code and environment provisioning • Design our observability strategy (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) • Establish best practices for reliability, scaling, and incident response • Own security fundamentals (secrets, access control, production hardening) • Partner with application engineers to create a fast, reliable developer experience • Make foundational decisions on cloud, tooling, and architecture • Contribute as an application developer when needed • 6+ years DevOps/infrastructure • 3+ years application development • Experience in both startup and scale up environments • Expertise using infrastructure management tools like Terraform or CloudFormation • Familiarity with programming languages like Ruby, Python, and JavaScript
