• IT Operations Experience: Proven experience owning and maintaining IT infrastructure or operations at a distributed technology company. • Identity & Access Management: Deep, hands-on experience with IdP (specifically JumpCloud) covering SSO, SAML, SCIM, and conditional access with RBAC. • Google Workspace Administration: Hands-on management of Google Workspace environments, covering user lifecycles, organizational units, security and sharing policies, and IdP directory integrations. • SaaS & Tooling Administration: Strong experience managing and automating access to developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, Notion) and business SaaS platforms. • Cloud & Edge Zero Trust Administration: Experience managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure) alongside Cloudflare One (ZTNA) - leveraging Cloudflare Access for application-level least-privilege security and Cloudflare Gateway for secure web gateway (SWG) traffic filtering. • Endpoint Security & Device Posture Management: Administration of endpoint tools and device posture enforcement (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, Cloudflare WARP client) to validate device health and compliance before granting access to corporate resources. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to lead and collaborate asynchronously across global, remote teams. • Scripting for Automation: Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate IT tasks like user onboarding, offboarding, and asset provisioning. • STRONGLY DESIRABLE • Compliance Governance: Experience taking an organization through SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits, including evidence collection and documentation. • Endpoint Management: Managing fleets across macOS, Windows, and Linux, including EDR tooling (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon). • Cloudflare: Experience with Cloudflare Access, Tunnel, and WARP. • WORKING AT CONSENSYS • We are a fully remote, globally distributed company.
