Requirements
• Experience: Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, including experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Planning Expertise: A proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning. • Planning Expertise: • Modern Data Stack: High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt (data build tool) for building scalable, governed data models. • Modern Data Stack: • Snowflake • Technical Stack Knowledge: Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling. Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Execute the vision for GTM analytics, ensuring our data infrastructure supports a multi-segment, global sales organization. • Operational Leadership: • Funnel & Partner Analytics: Manage the measurement framework for Top-of-Funnel (Outbound) and Partnerships, optimizing lead-to-opportunity conversion and ROI. • Funnel & Partner Analytics: • Performance Measurement: Maintain the "Source of Truth" for Sales and Account Management. Analyze win rates, sales cycles, and churn propensity to drive predictable revenue. • Performance Measurement: • GTM Planning Cycles: Drive the execution of annual and quarterly planning.
