Requirements

• Experience implementing solutions with varying technological apps such as Salesforce and/or ServiceNow • Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering in a software or services organization. • Strong Knowledge of ITIL, SAFe, or Lean-Agile frameworks. • Certifications such as Atlassian Accreditations, ACP, ITIL, or SAFe are a plus.
