Requirements

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new logo clients within banking, finance, healthcare, and customer care sectors • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with enterprise-level organizations • Create and present compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each prospect's specific needs and challenges • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at C-suite and senior management levels • Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to design customized BPO solutions that address client requirements • Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets • Maintain deep market intelligence about competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting target sectors • Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and maintain an active presence in relevant business networks
