Requirements
• 7+ years of professional motion design experience (or equivalent body of work) • Expert-level mastery of After Effects • Strong experience with modern, web-centric motion tools such as: • Blender (or equivalent 3D workflows) • Lottie / real-time motion pipelines• A portfolio that demonstrates:High production value • Conceptual thinking • Brand sensibility • UI or interaction-driven motion (a big plus) • Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, layout, and visual systems • Experience collaborating with product teams and working within design systems • Comfort working across different timelines—from weeks-long explorations to same-day turnarounds • Experience designing motion for SaaS products or complex platforms • Familiarity with front-end constraints and performance considerations • Experience contributing to or defining motion guidelines within a design system • Background working at or alongside top-tier design orgs (Google, Apple, Stripe, Airbnb, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products. • Conduct research to understand target users' needs and preferences. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems based on the findings from user research. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, content strategists, marketers, customer support representatives, sales professionals to ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints of an application or website. • Test designs and prototypes internally within Socure for usability issues before presenting them externally in user testing sessions with real users from the target audience. • Analyze feedback received during internal reviews, as well as external user tests to identify areas that need improvement on design elements such as navigation menus or button placements and make necessary revisions accordingly. • Stay up-to-date with current trends in UX/UI design by attending industry conferences, webinars, workshops regularly while also keeping abreast of new tools available for creating interactive prototypes quickly which can then be shared easily among team members during brainsttermed discussions. • Maintain a portfolio showcasing past projects completed successfully along with detailed documentation about how each project was approached from start to finish including user research methods employed, design decisions made throughout development process etc., so that potential clients have access when considering Socure's services for their own needs too!
