Our Inventory Management (IM) team is in the middle of a full re-platform of our IM product, rebuilding it from the ground up from an acquired system into a modern Teamworks product, and it's picking up speed fast. • I'm hiring our first-ever Engineering Manager for this team. You'll take over ownership of how this team plans, ships, and grows, bringing structure to day-to-day execution while giving a talented early-career team the coaching and technical guidance they need to keep accelerating. You'll also help shape how we support the team in Belfast, where this group is based and where in-person leadership will matter. • You'd be the first Engineering Manager this team has ever had, building the management foundation from scratch rather than inheriting someone else's system. You'll also get real ownership over a fast-moving re-platform in a growing part of the business, while mentoring a high-potential early-career team through a meaningful stage of their development. • This role is not eligible for sponsorship at this time.
