Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment. • Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements. • Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions. • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities. • ## What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) • You have a deep understanding of the product and product strategy. • You are familiar with industry standards and market trends. • You have completed discovery for 3–5 product ideas. • You have delivered 3–5 roadmap projects from requirements through release. • You maintain product documentation. • Experience transitioning users out of legacy products. • Experience in higher education, curriculum / syllabus management, compentency-based learning.
