Requirements
• Strong understanding of best practices for turning complex flows into intuitive experiences. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams. • Data-informed mindset — confident using analytics, A/B testing, and insights to guide decisions. • Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system. • Skilled at facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders in the design process.
