Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics • Knowledge of Sales Cycles and B2B Sales • 10+ years experience in Data Engineering, and 3+ years managing a team • Expertise with data engineering stack, dBt, Snowflake, airflow, data observability tools, AWS, pyspark. • Expertise in SQL and Python • Great planning and roadmapping skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people skills
Responsibilities
• Build data roadmap for the sales data engineering team building both internal and external data products. • Drive innovation in our sales data products with the application of AI in both the processes we work on to the products we deliver. • Build teams to scale out our maturing set of analytics products. • Be deeply technical and continue to code and drive technical standards within the team. • Architect and design data models in collaboration with data and product teams. • Communicate effectively and drive strategy across multiple teams and projects.
