Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing • Active and Unencumbered California NP Furnishing License • Board Certified as an Adult or Lifespan Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) • Active DEA registration • Current BLS certification • Previous work experience with acute (inpatient) or subacute populations (IOP/PHP) • 1-2 years of PMHNP experience post graduate, or completion of NP residency or fellowship • Knowledge in TMS and Spravato • COMPANY MISSION & VISION • We are the brain health company of the future that integrates care delivery, technology innovation and research breakthroughs to better understand brain biology and diagnose, treat and ultimately cure brain disorders for all stages of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult population with mental health disorders. • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs. • Complete timely, accurate documentation and coding • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches. • Collaborate with the other team members and outside providers to provide optimal care. • Refer patients to TMS and/or Spravato as appropriate. • Conduct initial TMS mapping, remapping, SAINT mapping, and risk assessments. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations

Benefits

• The compensation for this position includes: • Base (Hourly Rate): $85.00-$95.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location • We reserve the right to modify benefit offerings at any time, in accordance with applicable laws.
