• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable features. Participate actively in code reviews and team planning. • What experiences will help you in this role: • 2-5 years of backend development: Proficiency in Python; experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks. • Modern Data Stack: Experience with DBT, Snowflake, S3, or AWS Glue. You know how to modify and optimize data transformations. • Distributed Systems: Practical experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL – especially in scalable, production contexts. • Performance Tuning: Ability to optimize services and queries for speed and reliability. • API Development: Experience building performant APIs to serve large datasets. • We invest heavily in our engineers.
