Requirements
• You will work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Salesforce implementations while mentoring developers and enforcing engineering best practices. • Duration: 4+ months contract • Location: 100% remote • 8+ Years of Salesforce Development Experience • 2+ Years in Salesforce Technical Lead Role • Core Salesforce Expertise • Apex Development • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Salesforce Flow • Salesforce APIs & Integrations • Deep understanding of: • Salesforce governor limits • Security & sharing model • Order of execution • Enterprise design patterns • Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce RCA • Data migration and deployment tools • Leadership & Collaboration • Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor engineers. • Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to drive technical discussions and architecture decisions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. • DevOps & Delivery • Experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools. • Familiarity with Git/version control and release management practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification • Salesforce App Builder Certification • Additional Architect or Consultant certifications are highly preferred • Candidates with the following experience are strongly preferred: • Enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations • Large org refactoring and optimization programs • CPQ / RCA implementations • Complex API integrations • Migration from code-heavy environments to Flow-first architecture • High-volume data processing environments • Service console and customer support optimization projects • Analytics/CRM Analytics integrations
Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership • Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives. • Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight. • Drive best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and governance. • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions. • Salesforce Solution Development • Design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using: • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Salesforce Flow • Build reusable frameworks and scalable platform components. • Develop custom business logic and UI solutions to support business operations. • Platform Optimization & Modernization • Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and identify opportunities for optimization and refactoring. • Lead modernization efforts including: • Migration from Workflow Rules/Process Builder to Flows • Trigger consolidation and optimization • Code refactoring and technical debt reduction • Governance and performance improvements • Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce best practices. • Integration & Enterprise Systems • Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications. • Design and implement API-based integrations with billing systems, analytics platforms, ERP systems, and customer service tools. • Ensure secure and reliable integration architecture. • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud • Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across: • Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce RCA • Support lead-to-cash, quote-to-order, case management, and customer support processes. • Configure Omni-Channel routing, service consoles, and automation workflows. • Delivery Management • Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical solution discussions. • Oversee deployments, release management, UAT support, and production stabilization. • Ensure high-quality deliverables through proper testing and review processes. • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum delivery models. • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information • We invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here.
