Superside - Freelance Storyboard Artist

• Strong illustration skills with a focus on storyboarding and character design. • Excellent design skills and understanding of modern style conventions and techniques. • Solid understanding of: Visual storytelling and sequencing, composition, perspective, and framing & character anatomy, expression, and movement • Proficiency with digital illustration tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar). • Ability to work from written briefs, references, or loose concepts. • High attention to detail and consistency. • Ability to balance creativity with structured requirements. • Experience working with animation or motion design teams. • Familiarity with animation pipelines and handoff requirements. • Background in animation studios, motion branding, or digital storytelling. • Experience contributing to AI training datasets or structured creative tasks. • Portfolio showcasing storyboards and character-driven illustration work. • $8 - $16 an hour • Role Type: This is a long-term freelance engagement. • Project Duration: The project is expected to run for approximately up to 12 months, offering significant stability for a freelance role. • Time Commitment: We expect a minimum dedication of 10 - 15 hours per week, and up to 50 hours per week.
