Requirements
• Essential: • c. 6 years’ experience in technical program coordination, delivery management, or a senior TPM role. • A strong understanding of engineering best practices, infrastructure requirements, and the software development lifecycle. • A proven track record of taking complex, ambiguous technical projects from concept to completion in fast moving environments. • The confidence to manage upwards and work as a peer to the Head of Engineering, providing clear reporting and strategic operational advice. • Experience with "Product-to-Engineering" handoffs and roadmap visualisation. • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies tailored for high growth technical environments. • Culture and values • Culture and values • We are guided by our shared values. Responsibilities
• Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Engineering to translate high level technical strategy into high velocity delivery plans. • Take full ownership of several key engineering roadmaps, proactively identifying risks, clearing blockers, and ensuring milestones are met on time. • Optimise for engineering excellence, defining and tracking key engineering metrics and driving process improvement. • Keep timing on track for our infrastructure and engineering workstreams, ensuring technical debt is managed and infrastructure scales alongside research needs. • Use your product centric mindset to ensure engineering output aligns fully with organisational objectives, maintaining a clear line of sight between code and impact.
