Technical Program Manager - 1 year FTC

• Essential: • c. 6 years’ experience in technical program coordination, delivery management, or a senior TPM role. • A strong understanding of engineering best practices, infrastructure requirements, and the software development lifecycle. • A proven track record of taking complex, ambiguous technical projects from concept to completion in fast moving environments. • The confidence to manage upwards and work as a peer to the Head of Engineering, providing clear reporting and strategic operational advice. • Experience with "Product-to-Engineering" handoffs and roadmap visualisation. • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies tailored for high growth technical environments. • Culture and values • Culture and values • We are guided by our shared values.
