• Strong, current experience writing Go in production
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including debugging real workloads, networking, and cluster issues
• Expert knowledge of systems design concepts and distributed computing
• Keen eye for modeling scenarios in reproducible test environments
• Experience in key security concepts: cryptography, key/certificate management, identity, and access management
• Experience with test-driven development and the use of testing frameworks
• Experience developing backend APIs and complex services
• Ability to write clear technical documentation for both engineers and provider operators
• You take a pragmatic approach to developing clean solutions to complex problems
• Proven ability to work in an open source Git workflow, since the team develops in the open
• Ability to stay communicative while working remotely and asynchronously
• Notable open source contributions on GitHub
• Experience building or upgrading Proof-of-Stake blockchains and decentralized infrastructure
• Familiarity with Cosmos SDK, CometBFT/Tendermint
• Experience with gRPC, protobuf, and code generation
• Passion for AI, with experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting open source models with vLLM and SGLang
