Forge Global - Senior Software Engineer II of Trading

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 5–8 years of software engineering experience • 5+ years of development experience in compiled, object-oriented languages (e.g., TypeScript, C#, Java) • 2+ years of experience in dynamic scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby) • Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven systems (e.g., WebSockets, Kafka) • Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing production deployments • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Agile tools such as JIRA • Experience in Private Markets or Financial Services, especially financial market data • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, proven ability to unblock and mentor other engineers • Strong track record of delivery in high-performance engineering environments, commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building high-performing teams • For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary range for this role is $157,000-$190,000+ annual bonus.
