Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain front end code for the website using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, React Native/Flutter. • Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front end components into the overall application architecture. • Optimize user interface and experience (UI/UX) based on feedback from users or stakeholders. • Implement accessibility features following WCAG guidelines, ensuring that all website content is accessible to people with disabilities. • Test front end code across different browsers and devices for compatibility issues using automated testing tools like Selenium WebDriver. • Debug and troubleshoot any performance or functionality problems in the web application's user interface components. • Stay updated on new developments, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to front end engineering. Attend industry conferences and participate in online forums when possible. • Document codebase using appropriate tools such as JSDoc or TypeDoc, ensuring that the team can easily understand and maintain existing work.
