Responsibilities
• · API Operations — Manage post-sale onboarding, coordination, and ongoing support for API clients. • · Client Management — Own client communications across email, Telegram, and other channels; confirm specs, timelines, and deliverables; keep clients informed at every stage. • · Performance Reporting — Build and deliver campaign performance reports; analyze results and surface actionable optimization recommendations. • · Internal Coordination — Work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.
