Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks • Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners • Consistent with FastSpring's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management activities, monitor cash flows, and provide support for global treasury operations. • Help oversee over 30 multinational cash accounts by minimizing foreign currency exposure and maximizing interest income. • Process close to $1.7 billion of payments for thousands of Sellers via Hyperwallet, Payoneer, and Wells Fargo. • Update our database for manual exceptions to our current process or platform capabilities. • Execute FX spot trades as needed to minimize FX exposure. • Maintain minimum balances in our foreign cash accounts for operating cash outflows and maximize interest on excess funds by funding proper investing instruments. • Assist our financing administration including our term loan and credit card program. • Assist with the Wells Fargo treasury management system and partner with our operating leaders on special implementation projects. • Assist with internal/external audits and maintain compliance with policies. • Partner with Senior Treasury Analyst to drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives including insurance administration and regulatory compliance.
