Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or in a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Field Marketing role
Previous experience in the IT industry, ideally in a technology B2B SAAS environment
Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo.
Great relationship building and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Positive attitude and work collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Travel – approximately 30% travel, mostly within the DACH region but some within Europe or US
Remote working contract with occasional travel to our London and Bristol based offices to work alongside the regional Sales Development Reps

Responsibilities
Work with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop and achieve our Go To Market vision in region
Execute the DACH plan with clear focus on delivering the metrics of success
Review, refine and develop the GTM tactics on a regular basis to ensure continued engagement and penetration into the named strategic accounts
Work with the Pan-EMEA Programmes lead to create and execute vertical or use case led GTM plans for Account Executives to an enterprise audience (ABM 1:Few, 1:1)
Provide articulate feedback on the campaigns, analysis of success and next steps
Participate to the quarterly QBRs reporting on successes and outlining future strategies and tactics
Responsible for budget and procurement processes, auditing and accountability for budget spend and management
