Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present the value proposition of Conversation Intelligence solutions. • Develop personalized outreach strategies for different client segments based on industry, company size, and specific pain points related to communication challenges. • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts in creating tailored pitch materials such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and demo sessions that highlight the benefits of Conversation Intelligence solutions. • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and webinars relevant to conversational AI or customer engagement technologies to build relationships with potential clients and stay informed about market trends. • Monitor social media channels for mentions related to communication challenges faced by target industries and proactively reach out to these prospects using personalized messaging that aligns with their needs, as identified through data analysis tools provided by Conversation Intelligence solutions. • Collaborate closely with the sales team in identifying high potential leads based on predefined criteria such as industry relevance, company size, and communication challenges faced; provide regular updates to keep them informed about relevant opportunities for engagement or follow-up meetings. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Conversation Intelligence solutions' features, capabilities, latest developments in conversational AI technology, industry trends related to customer experience and communication challenges; regularly share insights with the team through internal presentations or informal discussions during meetings. • Actively seek feedback from clients on their experiences using Conversation Intelligence solutions after implementation of a project; identify areas for improvement based on client input, communicate these findings to relevant stakeholders and work collaboratively towards implementing necessary enhancements in the product or service offering as needed.
