Requirements
• Ideally 10+ years in product management or closely related area • Extensive experience in monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications • Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge • Comfort working independently with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards, using AI tools to accelerate alignment and outcomes • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills • Passion for industry trends, competitive landscape • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams • Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired • Knowledge of open-source software is optional but desired • Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People: • As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Responsibilities
• Defining and driving the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy. • Identifying gaps in end to end experience, defining and owning the roadmap to fill those gaps. • Working closely across teams and across Orgs, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver on your roadmap to bring top notch experiences to our users. • Working with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption. • Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution. • The final compensation offered within the applicable range will be determined based on several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, level of skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position. • The typical starting salary range for this role is: • €80.400—€127.200 EUR
